If your pet requires extra time for grooming due to aggressive behavior, we apply an additional charge. This ensures our groomers can allocate sufficient time to create a personalized, low-stress grooming experience for your pet. This charge promotes safety for your pet, yourself, and the groomer by allowing our team to be better prepared for the session.

Cancellation Policy
