We offer dematting services to keep your pet's coat healthy and tangle-free. Matted coats can lead to serious health issues for your pet, and our expert dematting service will ensure that your pet’s coat is healthy, clean, and free of any tangles or mats. Don’t let your pet suffer - trust our care team to keep them looking and feeling great. Dematting fees: $25-$100 Mild Dematting Duration: Up to 30 minutes Fee: $25 Description: Quantity and sensitivity of matting vary. Moderate Dematting Duration: 30-60 minutes Fee: $45 Description: Matted hair located in more sensitive spots such as behind the ears, on the face, sanitary area and in the armpits. Quantity and sensitivity of matting vary. Severe Dematting Duration: More than 60 minutes, up to 120 minutes Fee: $100 Description: Knots in large clumps that are close to the skin. Can be located in any part of the body, including highly sensitive areas. Quantity of matting vary. Extreme Dematting Condition: Pelted fur requiring a full body shave Fee: Included in the cost of a full grooming service; no additional surcharge for dematting. Description: Requires full groom service due to the severity of the condition. Designed to handle the most extreme cases where the only option is a complete shave.
