For cat grooming, we recommend having an owner present to assist if necessary. If this isn't possible, please let us know in advance. Difficulty/Aggressive handling Mild Aggression: Light hissing, swatting, or stress that adds minimal handling time. $25 Moderate Aggression: Attempted biting or scratching, requires basic restraint (e.g., towel wrap). $50 Severe Aggression: Prolonged biting, lunging, or unmanageable behavior. $130 Requires either: Additional staff for safe handling or Medical Grooming (teleconsult + medication). Medical Grooming: Available as an alternative for any level of aggression if sedation or medical intervention is preferred.
